Every corner of our indoor play space is thoughtfully designed with high-quality, sustainable materials to encourage open-ended creativity, sensory exploration, and motor skill development—without overstimulating bright plastics, inflatables, or chaotic screens. It is an intentional environment where little ones can follow their curiosity and build confidence at their own pace.

We are targeting November 8th as our soft opening day. As we put the finishing touches on our space and navigate final inspections, timeline shifts can happen. Save the date tentatively, and follow along as we share our official opening day announcement soon.

As soon as we are confident in our opening date, we’re opening the books! Our goal is to have party bookings available by October 1st. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for the official announcement.

We’re focusing on interests and abilities, not ages. Every child is different, but we've tried to give them plenty of options to explore. We encourage families with children between the ages of 6 months and 10 years old to come play, but we will leave it up to parents to decide if this is the right space for your children. Of course, all ages are welcome!

Cleanliness isn't an afterthought here—it’s built directly into our schedule. We have dedicated staff continuously refreshing the space throughout open hours, rotating toys out for sanitized replacements in real time. Structuring our day into dedicated play sessions allows our team to reset and thoroughly disinfect high-touch surfaces between groups. Every evening wraps with an extensive sanitizing routine, rounded out by regular deep cleans on closed days.
A quick community note: To protect our littlest visitors and expectant parents, please keep actively sick family members home until everyone is feeling 100%. Thank you for helping us keep Whimsy & Wonder healthy and welcoming for all.

We take allergy awareness seriously and want to be completely upfront about how our café operates so you can make the safest choice for your family:
Peanut-Free: Whimsy & Wonder is a peanut-free facility. We do not carry or permit peanut products on-site.
Dietary Options: We thoughtfully source pre-packaged and curated items with dairy-free and gluten-free dietary needs in mind. We do not bake from scratch in-house.
Shared Equipment & Warming: All warmed items share our commercial heating equipment (like our rapid-cook ovens), and our café utilizes a single prep and dishwashing area. Because of this, cross-contact is possible, and our space is not a certified gluten-free or celiac-safe environment.
If you or your child have severe, life-threatening sensitivities or celiac disease, please chat with our team before ordering so we can guide you to pre-packaged items that fit your comfort level.

Yes, this is a top priority for us. Someone in our own family has celiac disease, so we know firsthand how serious cross-contact is and what it takes to prepare truly gluten-free food safely.
